Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.

Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. Mary is a native of northern Wisconsin, moving to the Houston area in 1982. During her free time, Mary enjoys being with her Aggie-son and family; working her cutting horses, cattle, and border collies and getting her hands dirty in the family garden. Mary is married to broker-husband, Tom; they reside on their Washington County, Texas farm and escape to their Houston home just to get away from it all! A few more fun facts about me: I feel blessed to have had two careers in my lifetime thus far. I graduated from Texas A&M University '02 with a degree in education. As a former teacher, I am still active in the community within the school district and in our local church. I was raised locally to this area, and my husband, Jordan, and I couldn't imagine raising our three girls anywhere but here. In my free time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors while walking my dogs, gardening, hiking, camping with my family, and driving through the countryside to take in the beautiful views.

I love animals, I even worked on a horse breeding farm and moved to California right out of high school for my job!
