Growing up in a small town, I learned the value of hard work from a young age. I've never been one to wait for things to happen for me, but instead to seek every opportunity I could find to make things happen for myself. Now, I'm putting those skills to work assisting my clients in Real Estate.



My greatest joy has been raising my three children in a small town much like where I grew up. I've lived in the Brenham area for a little over 10 years and am proud to call Washington County home. I fell in love with Brenham for the small-town charm, community involvement and of course the Bluebonnets! My kids, however, fell in love with Blue Bell!



When I'm not assisting my clients, family adventures top my list of priorities. I love to go camping, hiking, fishing, playing board games and am always up for a fun new adventure. There are so many places to explore but floating the Frio River is a family (and Texas) tradition!

After living in Southern California, London, Italy, Africa, the Middle East and Houston, Cathy settled with her family in Brenham over thirty years ago. She is also a founding member of the Texas Land Brokers Network, an organization dedicated to networking and education of land professionals. Cathy has also been on the Political Involvement Committees Board for the Texas Association of Realtors. Cathy says the best advice she ever received was to “be honest and love my work.”

Cathy’s own colleagues recognize and respect her dedication to both her personal and professional integrity, which was why she was asked to serve on the Texas Association of REALTORS®’ Professional Standards Committee. A dedicated mother and grandmother, Cathy believes that strong communities begin at home.
